a challenge
for some reason or another i felt the need to read ezekiel lately. chapters 1 and 2 are odd, but yesterday i read ezekiel 3. i challenge you to read it and see if you get out of it what i did.
the things i got out of it are:
* God’s word may sometimes be daunting, it is always sweet
* tasks God asks us to do may look hard, but they are always good, too
* when I ignore what God has asked me to do, i’m responsible
* when God puts people in my path to talk to, and i don’t pay attention, i have to answer for their lost life
i pray that my eyes are open to see the people God puts in my path. i’d hate to have to stand in front of Him to answer for the lost that i ignored.
there’s more to chew on there, but i’ve rambled long enough.
